Do you love tea?

I like sipping while I write and have become a huge fan of green tea. It can be tricky to brew because boiling water destroys the healthy polyphenols found in the leaves. Yesterday I was thrilled to find the Salton VitaPro  at Walmart. It steeps the perfect pot of tea and keeps it warm. Love it.
